Meet Shandell
Entrepreneur, Executive Leader, Coach

Shandell P. Richards learned her first lesson in leadership at the age of twenty-three after her mother and step-father lost their lives tragically. At that tender age, she realized that she would no longer have her biggest support system to help her navigate life. Her life vision changed in an instant, and decided that as she moved through life, she would be a “Victor” rather than a “Victim”. Due to her tragic loss, she became a leader of elementary school students and spent 7 years as a teacher, instructional coach, facilitator and curriculum writer.

After her tenure in the public school system. Shandell quickly developed and progressed as a non-profit leader. She rapidly got promoted to a non-profit executive in less than three years. In the non-profit space, she evolved into a transformational coach, strategic leader, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion change management agent. She thrives on helping organizations and individuals strategically plan and achieve their vision, aka a “Vision Strategist. Shandell possesses a Certification in Organization Development Consulting and Change Leadership from George Washington Institute for Transformational Leadership
